Thirlwell Lighting (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional holiday lighting design, installation, maintenance, and takedown services. These Terms govern your use of our website, communication with us, and any services you book.
2. Service Availability
All installations, takedowns, and appointments are subject to availability. Holiday lighting appointments often fill quickly, and booking is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions make installation unsafe (e.g., severe weather, dangerous roof conditions, inaccessible areas).
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on home size, layout, or customization.

Final pricing will be provided in a written or digital quote.

A deposit may be required to secure your installation date.

Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future services or legal collection actions.
4. Installation & Equipment

All lighting and materials provided by Thirlwell Lighting remain our property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers agree not to move, alter, or remove installed lights.

If damage is caused by customer interference, pets, weather events, or third-party actions, repair fees may apply.
5. Takedown Services

Takedown is included only in the Premium Package.

Standard Package includes discounted takedown.

Basic Package does not include takedown (available as a paid add-on).

Takedown typically begins in January; exact dates may vary.
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to all lighting locations during takedown.
6. Maintenance & Bulb Outages

Premium Package customers receive free priority maintenance for outages during the season.

Standard and Basic packages can request repairs for an additional service fee.

Repairs are scheduled based on availability and are not guaranteed same-day.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Provide safe access to outlets, walkways, and the installation area.

Ensure that power outlets are operational before installation.
-
Keep pets and children away from work areas during installation or takedown.
We are not responsible for issues caused by electrical problems within the customer’s home.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Installations may be rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns.

Customers may cancel within 48 hours of their scheduled installation without penalty.

Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
